Gumby – Hahn’s Macaw

Hahn’s Macaw (Red Shouldered)
Gumby will be 4 in June. He is a high energy, playful little fellow. He can nip when someone moves quickly around him. He is well trained and has been on an excellent diet. As with Max he was given up due to family issues. Both birds came from the same home but do not care for each other so seperate homes would be best. ** Update** Gumby still requires a bit more work as he can be quite agressive.16 responses to “Gumby – Hahn’s Macaw”

I am interested in friend but do not have much money. I have a farm in Pickering and grew up with Parrots and McCaws. I am not an expert but loving. I have Cancer and nothing else to do but spend time with Hahn’s. And maybe Hahn’s spends time with me. Let me know what I need to do as this is my first time and can show it so much love.
Thanks, Dave -

Wondering how Gumby would do with another bird?
We have a 1 yr old green Quaker.
-
He’s been very good with some birds and not so good with others. So hard to tell until they meet.

I have just lost my beloved Hanh’s Macaw. His name was Wyatt and I raised him from an egg. I had him for almost eighteen years. I am just heartbroken because our vet said he died from a sudden heart attack. I would very much be interested in either Mabel or Gumby. Please reply asap.
Thank you in this matter -
Hi Dorothy, I’m sorry to hear about your Hahn’s. One of our volunteers will email you privately.
