Posted on May 30th, 2009 10 commentsSuzie is a Blue Fronted Amazon, 10 yrs old. Beautifully feathered, friendly and social. Very good talker. Presumed female. Is still in the owners possession at this time. Due to life changes, she has to give her up. We will arrange transport if necessary.

Bird – Double Yellow Headed Amazon
Posted on May 29th, 2009 4 commentsBird is a presumed female Double Yellow Headed Amazon. She was very attached to her owner but due to circumstances she could not keep her. So far she has been very friendly and flew over to me today. Her feathers are in wonderful shape and she is a great talker. I believe she is 6 years old. Yes her name is Bird!

kudo – Meyers Parrot
Posted on May 25th, 2009 No commentsKudo arrived today and immediately went home with a volunteer. He is in wonderful feather and had been well cared for. He did have a biting issue. Our volunteer has offered to adopt Kudo.

Little Yellow Budgie
Posted on May 25th, 2009 3 commentsWe recieved a small budgie this weekend with a couple of missing toes. He perches fine and can get around without too much of a struggle but does have a small problem keeping his balance. He was abandoned by his owner (a student living in a dorm). We would love to find a caring home for this little one fast.
