Available for Adoption

These are the birds that are available for adoption. These birds have had behavioural modifications (if necessary) and any information is posted in the listing on the bird. Any issues that the birds have are posted in the description area. If there is nothing negative posted it is because there are no issues with that particular bird. We want to ensure that people make well informed decisions, so all information about the bird is posted in the description area. If you are interested in adoption, please be sure to fill out our Adoption Application.

Lolly – Red Lory
Lolly is an adult Red Lory. She is a great talker and in great health and feather. She is super playful and not overly loud, just doing a flock call a couple of times a day.
Kiko – Blue and Gold Macaw
Kiko is approximately 10 yrs old.  He was dropped off here by his owners who were in a domestic dispute and didn’t want to traumatise Kiko any longer.  We have no other history on him.  He is a bit nervous presently but has stepped up and let me pet him several times already.
Mickey – Sun Conure
Mickey is approximately five years old and is a beautiful, fully feathered Sun Conure. Mickey came to us showing come cage aggression but has now come around. Zazoo – Indian Ringneck
Zazoo is a tame, friendly and playful Indian Ringneck. She has been well cared-for and is in good health and feather. She loves to play with foot toys and is very entertaining. Zazoo can be quite noisy and would not be suitable for an apartment.
Rare Spectacled Parrotlets

Lovebirds
Sam is a normal peach faced lovebird.  Angel is a white peach faced lovebird.  Aproximately 13 yrs old.  They have always been together but kept in seperate cages to avoid breeding.  Tango and Tanya  are yellow peach faced love bird and age is unknown.
Cockatiels – Various
