Some life changes can put people in the position that they are no longer able to or capable of looking after their birds. Others become hard to handle, require special attention or don't fit in with the changes taking place in your life. We work at educating parrot owners to assist them in meeting the challenges of owning parrots and rescuing parrots when education is not the key.
